  • Nordic Walking-Stretching, motor coordination , manipulation
  • Dexterity, légé building muscle, exercise joints
  • Exercises can be performed : standing, lying down, sitting
  • Aerobics & aquabiking

Equipment :

  • Carpets, swiss ball, bar , elastic bands, light dumbbells , music
  • Aquabike , swimming floaters
